A seasoned legal and business executive, our Managing Director is a UK-educated lawyer with extensive experience spanning the energy and consulting sectors. He spent 12 years with Chevron Nigeria Limited, where he developed deep expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, governance, and strategic business advisory. Drawing on this strong foundation, he provides visionary leadership to the firm, guiding the delivery of innovative, practical, and results-driven solutions to clients across the public and private sectors. His blend of legal expertise, commercial insight, and strategic thinking enables the firm to navigate complex business challenges while delivering sustainable value.
Idowu Sunday Akorede
Idowu Sunday Akorede, FCTI, FCA, is a seasoned finance, audit, and tax practitioner with over 25 years’ experience across public practice, banking, and construction. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria having qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He holds an MBA in finance management from the National Open University of Nigeria and a degree in management from Imo State University, Abuja Centre. His career spans key roles including Partnership Accountant at Diya Fatimilehin & Co., Senior Banking Officer at UBA and Ecobank, Financial Controller at Banci Nigeria Ltd., and Managing Partner at ASI Professionals, leading Finance, Audit, and Tax services. He is a licensed tax practitioner and registered with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. Presently, he serves as a Tax Audit & Revenue Consultant at BBA Consult Limited.
Dr. Olaoti Bolarinwa
Dr. Olaoti Bolarinwa is a distinguished forensic accountant, auditor, and tax professional with over three decades of experience in financial management, taxation, and forensic investigations. Born in Owode Yewa, Ogun State, he holds an HND and PGD in accounting, a B.Sc. in accounting, an MBA in financial management, an M.Sc. in accounting, and a Ph.D. in forensic accounting and audit. His professional career spans notable organizations, including Strabag Construction Nigeria Ltd., Prodeco Nigeria Ltd., Cubic Contractors, and Sikiru Olaribigbe & Associates. He currently serves as the managing partner of Boma Edge & Consulting and Olaoti Olayiwola & Co. and as team lead, tax audit and revenue generation, with BBA Consultants/ODIRS. Dr. Bolarinwa is a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), USA, the Forum for Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (FCFIP), Kenya, the Chartered Institute of Forensic and Fraud Investigation of Nigeria (CIFFIN), the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM), and several other professional bodies. A recipient of numerous professional awards and a Jerusalem Pilgrim (JP), he is married with four children and remains committed to professional excellence, integrity, and ethical service.
